Fun Arena required an end-to-end mobile application to streamline venue admissions, activity scheduling, food ordering, and membership rewards for one of the UK's premier indoor activity parks.

Led product design from wireframes to high-fidelity Figma components, followed by a native cross-platform build in React Native. Engineered real-time ticket validation with dynamic QR codes, Apple Wallet pass integration, and push notification triggers.

React Native, TypeScript, Node.js API with Stripe payment integration. Offline-first ticket caching, zero-friction guest checkout, and integrated gamified loyalty points engine.

Transformed the on-site guest experience, eliminating peak-hour admission queues by 85% and driving record advance bookings across holiday seasons.
